end there. If your needs change, or you don’t feel we are doing a good job, you can fire us.
No ifs, ands, or buts. So when you are ready, call us. And if you choose someone else to serve
you, it’s OK too. Just make sure you get this guarantee in writing, with no strings attahced,
so that you are not tied for the term of the listing.
*Satisfaction Guarantee
You must be fully satisfied with our services from the beginning to the closing or you
reserve the right to cut our listing end of the commission by up to 60%. Yes you read
that right, you pay us based on your satisfaction. Before you list with anyone, ask for
this guarantee.
*56-Day Sold Guarantee
If we give you a price and fail to sell your home within 56 days, our commission goes down
for each week we don’t sell your home. Before you list with anyone, ask for this guarantee.
*We Sell It or We Buy It Guarantee
Yes, that’s right, we either sell it or we buy it. Your plans shouldn’t get messed up
because your home didn’t sell. You can count on us. Before you list with anyone, ask for
this guarantee.
