WOW is a 3 letter word that is so easy to use it yet so hard to deliver. We see this word WOW used so often yet the experience is no where close to a WOW. Infact, sometimes it is just the opposite. And then such promises lose their meaning. Too many companies are abusing this promise, sadly!
When can one tell if it is a WOW experience? The only criteria to measure that is the level of service that goes to any extent for a client (as long as it is legal and ethical) to actually say WOW in a positive way. “WOW, we didn’t realize you offer us a truck for our moving needs, no one else does that”; “WOW, you are on time everytime. We have never waited for you for one minute”; “WOW, you over promised and then over delivered”; “WOW, a client appreciation picnic for past clients”; “WOW, you were there for us every step of the way, just the way you promised’. These are some examples of WOW. And WOW can’t be delivered sometimes, it must be delivered EVERY TIME.
